Deborah Milano EYE Perfect Illuminating Pen: Review

Hello folks,

Today I wish to talk about one product that has literally swept me off my feet and is a reason behind my glowing FOTDs on many occasions.

It is the DEBORAH MILANO EYE Perfect Illuminating Pen.

Ever since I started using Highlighters and contouring powders, I have really loved the way my makeup looks have turned out. There has been no looking back since then. So here I am sharing my thoughts about the latest highlighter in my vanity and why I love it!!

The DEBORAH Milano EYE Perfect Illuminating Pen (INR 525) is a beige golden highlighter pen that comes in a easy to use twist up pen. As you rotate the pen bottom, the product starts coming out of the brush like tip which you can directly apply to the desired area, it can't get easier than this!!!And thus, i say that the packaging is very travel friendly :)

The BRUSH!

INGREDIENTS

Shelf Life : 6 months :O
The brush is flexible and soft and super easy to use.  I usually first apply the product from the brush and then blend using fingertips. The result is subtle and that's the best part about this illuminating pen. From a distance you can only spot a glow because of the light reflecting particles but no one can make out that you're wearing a highlighter. Needless to say ,that's exactly what we look for in a highlighting product, natural radiance and no artificial shimmer overdose.

You can use it to highlight cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupid's bow, browbone area etc. I have not tried it on the under eye area, but I'm sure it will work great over there as well

The staying power will totally depend upon the base used underneath. On my regular Studio Fix, it stays as long as the foundation stays.

Overall, it's a great highlighter and if you like including highlighters in your makeup routine, this one's for you, and even if you don't use highlighters, you have to try this out for the sheer excellence of the product.

Right from the packaging to pricing ,to ease of use, and to being travel friendly, and then giving a naturally radiant glow, there is absolutely not one point left unattended.

Only thing is you may have  a tough time finding it in stores, first because it's Limited Edition (according to Deborah Milano website, it was launched in a collection called FACE PERFECT!) and second because not all places that stock Deborah Milano might have recieved it!

I got mine from NewU in DT MegaMall ,Gurgaon. It was also available sometime back at Gurgaon Central, the stocks got over and I'm not sure if they have received more of it yet :/

My Rating: 9/10
Get it if you can, you'll fall in love!!

P.S. : I got a lot of other stuff to review from the brand, I am so in love with how many new launches they have every time I visit a counter!!
