Inglot AMC Pure Pigments Eyeshadow #57 : Review

Inglot AMC Pure Pigments Eye shadow #57 (INR 700 for 2g) is a gorgeous metallic Emerald Green eyeshadow Pigment in tub, and which translates into a medium dark green when swatched. As is with most pigments, it needs a proper base to show up true colors on the lid. Also, if you use a dark brown or black base, the color shifts to a darker shade and looks more intense as compared to a regular base. You may want to use the color without a base too for a softer green color, and I must mention that even then there is very minimal creasing even after 3-4 hours.

With a base , it stays for more than 6+ hrs on the lids, without creasing or fading. It is easily blend able as well.

Unlike many other pigments, this one's a bit dense and there is only minor fallout or flyaway. Just tapping off the extra from the brush does the trick and a strong base will hold on the eyeshadow for longer than you expect.

Because of the packaging, it's really NOT travel friendly, and if you're not careful while opening the screw top lid, you might as well end up spilling some product. I would have preferred a sifter on the top to control the amount of product.

Overall it's a great eyeshadow to work with and stays for long on a good base. For the price that it comes at, I would've expected the packaging to be a tad more user friendly and the intensity of the shadow to be more even without a base. But I'm not disappointed because I love the texture and workability of this one.

This is Look 24 in my ongoing #0 Day Eye Makeup Challenge and I'm wearing this pigment on my lids, full post HERE
