I'm not really a BIIIIG M.A.C. eyeshadow fan, but if there are unique shades to pick, I rarely say no..The one I'm going to review today is perhaps one of the best I've seen from M.A.C. and here are my thoughts on the same.
M.A.C. eyeshadow in Club (INR 750 for Refill/ INR 990 in pan) is described as Red Brown with Green pearl. It is the shade which makes his eyeshadow a really unique one.Going by MAC's description, you would judge that it only takes to these mentioned colors like Red-Brown or Green, but I've tried numerous combinations with it, like layering above a navy blue base, and black and green, and looks different every single time. It's magical, the way club changes colors , it's like a peacock dancing in the rain, one angle of light, it's brown, another angle it's green and what not.
The texture is also very soft and smooth and despite being a strong shade like this, it has almost no fallout. It an be worn for a soft daytime smokey eye, or layered above a darker richer base for those unending CLUBbing nights, and no matter how you wear it, THIS , my friends, will most definitely not fail you.....EXCEPT, if you aren't wearing a primer. For when my lids are oily (blame it on the crazy humid weather these days!!), this tends to crease in about 2 hrs without a primer. Using a primer, not only intensifies the color but also makes it stay WAY longer than what it actually would without it.
For me, the best application is with a doe foot brush, when I just sweep across the shadow and pat on my lids..
Another great thing about this eyeshadow is it can be layered up or down depending upon the kind of look you desire. Right now, it's the most used eyeshadow in my collection and perhaps the most unique too..How I love duo-chromes!! <3 <3

If you have to buy ONE, just ONE eyeshadow from M.A.C., it's got to be CLUB.
Till next time ...
