The Body Shop Color Crush eyeshadow (Rs 695/1.5 g) #10 Berry Cheeky is a vivid bright fuchsia powder eyeshadow with a gorgeous satin finish. I have been drooling over this particular shade from the Color Crush range for really long, but only picked it up during the recent 50% off sale at THE BODY SHOP India Website . For once, I was only lost in the beauty of the color itself and have been planning looks around it for some time now. These eyeshadows are comparatively new at The Body Shop Stores (having been launched only a few months back!) ,and there are about 15 beautiful shades to choose from.

I must admit I am in love with the soft creamy-powdery texture of this eyeshadow. It is silky to touch and can be applied both wet and dry. According to The Body Shop, the finish varies with shades and this particular shade called Berry Cheeky has the pearlescent finish. The color is medium pigmented, but buildable and shows up on the lids even without a primer underneath. Of course with shades like these, if you want to add that extra pop of color, you can add a lighter color base or from the same color family to intensify the color. The color is very buildable and with each subsequent layer, you can see the shade coming to life. It is extremely easy to blend too. The luminous finish it imparts to the lids post application can instantly add oodles of  glamour to your whole makeup look.

Just exactly like the product claims, I am a contact lens wearer and I haven't yet had any issues with the product getting inside my eyes or irritating my eyelid skin which is kind of sensitive these days.

The packaging is simple and fuss free. The eyeshadow comes in a plastic flip top lid that shuts close with a a click. It's travel friendly too. However, if I must compare, I liked the previous packaging of eyeshadows by TBS a little more than this one, the ones that came in silvery flip top pans.

This eyeshadow has absolutely no fallout , and stays without creasing on primed lids for 8+ hours. Even without a primer, I get 3+ hours of crease free color on my slightly oily lids.

Another positive point about this eyeshadow ,if I may add, is that this shade can be doubled up as a blush too..Oh!! How I like multi-usage products!! Can't wait to try more colors from this range! :)

Value for money? well, let's just say it makes more sense to pick these up at sale, and right now, The Body Shop India website has a 50% discount on these too.

Summary:
The Body Shop Color Crush eyeshadow in Berry Cheeky is a gorgeous vibrant Fuchsia that stays intense all day long, and the silky smooth texture allows it to blend and apply without any fall outs. The buildable intensity allows you to work with the color as per your preferences. The Body Shop products have rarely failed me, and this one is no exception. I am mighty impressed with it's color packed pigments and the fact that it can be doubled up as a blush gives it extra brownie points from my side.
