Well yeah, so I'm on a high!
A high quite literally because I've rediscovered my love for heels and though I don't wear them everyday, I kind of enjoy wearing them more often these days than even before. And since I was looking for some white heeled shoes, I landed upon this chic pair one fine day while browsing through an online website.
The white block heeled platforms are from a brand called Miss Bennett and for me, this was love at first sight. With a heel height of about 3.5 inches, it gives me the desired "height" without much discomfort and are easy to walk around in. The upper part is champagne coloured broad straps that makes the shoes a little more versatile than what it would have been if it was all white.
With a refreshing summery appeal, this lovely pair works great with my maxi dresses and denims, though not as much with my Indian dresses but then, I can't really rule out a possibility of pairing this with a , say, white chikankari suit or an elegant pastel chiffon saree and some pearly accessories.
I got the pair for about INR 2500 which is perhaps a decent enough price for the quality and make. It is sometimes way too hard for me to get my size 37 in the styles that I like but in this case I was quite lucky. Right now these are available at jabong.com at a 30% discount. Alas! I paid the full price when I bought them. These are also available in two other colours, black and tan. Check these out if you like!
Until next time,
