The Versatile Blogger Award

Hi girls!!

I feel so proud telling you girls that I have been awarded the Versatile Blogger Award by Tanmayee of Celebrating Feminity
She's got a really fine blog in there and its so nice and vivacious,  though its just about a month or so old!! Do check out her blog , if you haven't yet...You'll love it!!

Thanks so much dear, this is my First Blog Award and I feel like jumping with joy!!

1. Thank the person who has nominated you and shout out loud.
2. Pass on the award to 10-15 bloggers.
3. State 7 random facts about yourself.
4. Post the award pic on your wall.
I can't pass on the award to anyone else, because the blogs that I follow have alreaddy been tagged by someone else.

Seven Random Facts about me:
  1. I am a excessively emotional person, I cry at the drop of a hat and can laugh at the slightest change of wind!!
  2. I cannot live without chocolates, and I don't feel guilty about that too :)
  3. I have a very very simplistic (read basic!) dressing sense, you'll find me in a jeans and a Tee for most part of my life, but I compensate for that with makeup..
  4. I think I have OCD (not sure yet!!), I wash my hands atleast 30-40 times a day, my husband thinks I secretly drink handwashes :O
  5. I am first a mother, and then an engineer and a management graduate who likes to be at home and look after the kiddo...It's choice I made three years back, and I am very proud of it!
  6. I hate using IM for a conversation. If it's that important,I'd rather use my phone !!
  7. I'm a very loyal friend, when I make friends, they are for a lifetime, unless they choose to walk out :))

Have a good night and a super Sunday all!!

  1. Agni.thx a lot for the loud shout :). You know what, I am also a mother, engg but I like to stay at home....amar khub bhalo legeche tumar lekha ta.. :)

    1. You're welcome Tanmayee...You know I believe when we choose to become a mother, we must understand that bringing up a child is the greatest responsibility on earth and we are answerable to no one else but ourselves when we bring a baby into this world...for me,everything can take a backseat when it comes to my son and although I don't really negate the existence of working mothers, I think the formative years of a child, decide a lot of behavioral aspects of a grown up individual.... and then somehow I also respect the way working mothers manage their families and job at the same time, my mother being a working woman all throughout.. :))

lots of love and thanks for appreciating, hugs..

  2. Agree with you Agnibanya.......The formative years of a child require the mother to be near , it does lay the foundation of a Individual of substance :)

Drop me a comment and make my day!!
