The CLINIQUE Chubby Sticks (INR 1025 /10 OZ./3g) are claimed to be super-nourishing balm, loaded with mango and shea butters. Just what dry, delicate lips need to feel comfortably soft and smooth. Sixteen natural-looking lip tints in all, each with a subtle sheen.
They come in a very user friendly simple swivel up tubes that reveal more product when twisted . Easy to carry, don't need sharpening. Same colored body as the product itself.
(08)Graped up is a sheer plum-brown color which is gives medium coverage in multiple swipes. The finish of this is glossy and makes the lips look plump. The texture is soft and creamy and after 2 hours of wear, it fades and leaves no stain behind. But even after that , lips are left incredibly soft and supple and so I feel it will be a great product for those struggling with dry lips.
(09)Heaping Hazelnut is a nude beige shade, which again gives medium coverage in three to four swipes. The staying power of this one is about 2 hours after which it fades without leaving any stain behind. The nourishing properties of this particular shade is not at par with the other two shades I own from the range. It is only moderately hydrating and not as glossy.
(15)Pudgy Peony is a pretty fuchsia color and is the most pigmented out of the three shades I have mentioned in this post. It delivers medium opaque color in three swipes with shiny finish and stays put for 2.5 hrs. It also leaves a slightest hint of color when it fades and also leaves lips super soft and nourished.
Overall , I think these are great value for money as they stand true to their claims. They are moisturizing, and they look natural. On days when my lips feel dry, I apply one of these and after a few hours they are back to their soft natural self. I only wish the moisturizing properties were same across shades because I found Heaping Hazelnut to be a little less nourishing as compared to Graped Up and Pudgy Peony.
